Program Notes:
This piece was originally composed for solo vibraphone and was written in memoriam to my dear friend Jose Pedro Boessio.
In the exact moment that I was informed about the tragic death of my dear friend, I went to the vibes and start playing this sad song. I felt like Jose Pedro was there with me singing that lyrical melody and sharing nice memories that we had together.
The piece has some other arrangements including one for vibes, accordion and string orchestra (recorded on CD Landscapes). The arrangement for marimba and harp is dedicated to the duo Arparimba. (Gudrun and Babette Haag).
